Recreational Classes
Classes are available year round!
Tater Tots | 30 min | $25/month
Tater Tots is parent-assisted gymnastics available to boys and girls 1-2 years old! These classes provide a structured introduction to basic gymnastics skills.
Pre-K Gymnastics |45 min | $55/month
Pre-K gymnastics is for three and four-year-old boys and girls wanting to learn the foundations of gymnastics! While introducing gymnastics skills, athletes are also learning how to participate in class with peers and without parents, how to listen to instructions, follow directions, and take turns.
If you have a five-year-old who isn’t quite ready for classes in the big gym, sign up for pre-k classes!
Fun 1 | 55 min | $65/month
Beginning GIRLS ONLY gymnastics class. In our girls’ gymnastics program, athletes are introduced to all four Olympic events—floor, bars, beam, and vault—in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
On the floor, gymnasts combine music, dance, and basic tumbling skills like rolls, cartwheels, and handstands to build coordination and confidence.
Bars focus on upper-body strength and control as athletes learn skills such as pullovers and back hip circles.
Beam helps develop balance, posture, and focus as gymnasts practice walking, jumps, and simple dismounts on a narrow surface.
On the vault, athletes build speed and power by learning proper running technique, jumping onto the springboard, and safely pushing off a stacked mat. Together, these events create a well-rounded foundation while keeping classes engaging and exciting for every gymnast.

Beginning GIRLS ONLY gymnastics class for girls who know the names of basic skills or maybe have done gymnastics for a year already, but still need to perfect their technique.

These classes are more rigorous. Expect lots of strength and flexibility work in class.

These classes are more rigorous. Expect lots of strength and flexibility work in class. We encourage classes 2x per week for pre-team to better prepare your daughter for the competitive gymnastics team.
Boys Gymnastics
Boys Gymnastics | 55 min | $65/month
Boys will tumble and learn basic skills on the Mushroom, Rings, Vault, Parallel bars, and High bar! You will watch them build tons of muscle and gain great body control as they learn to flip and fly!
Tumbling
All tumbling classes are COED and based on skill level! Athletes will learn skills on trampoline and floor.
Beginning | 55 min |$65/month

Intermediate | 55 min | $65/month
*bridge kickover is required for this class* perfect walkovers, round-offs, and learn front and back handsprings.
Advanced | 55 min | $65/month
*Backhandspring on floor without spot is required for this class* learn front and back tucks, aerials, and more!
Cheer Tumbling | 55 min | $65/month
Work jumps and back handsprings, tucks, twisting, and more as needed for both high school and all-star cheer.

Work walkovers, aerials, handsprings, tucks as needed for dance.
Homeschool P.E.
Homeschool P.E. is a Coed class for ages 3-18. This will be a circuit-style class of basic gymnastics with free time/open play at the end. $35/month
Private Lessons
5+, $35 for 30 minutes. One-on-one lesson with a coach working on any skills you’d like!
Adult Classes
Elevate gymnastics Academy offers a variety of classes for adults. These are open to the community! Punch passes are available for these classes. Please visit the registration form for current availability.
Zumba with Danielle is available on Thursdays at 7 pm. Zumba at Elevate Gymnastics Academy is open to the public! Anyone in the Burley area is welcome to attend. Classes are $5 each time.
